  • Experience with custom master trade agreements

  • Experience with confidentiality agreements
  • Experience with assignments and novation’s
  • Experience with guarantees
  • Experience drafting complex corporate finance transaction documents
  • Highly competent working with legal language
  • Understanding legal and compliance issues affecting energy commodity trading
