Design and execute the comprehensive purchasing strategy, both national and international, negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers to achieve the best alternatives in terms of price, quality, deadlines, and payment conditions.
Manage the purchasing team, promoting professionalization and continuous improvement, and monitoring key performance indicators for the area.
