Job Summary

• This role enhances our ability to progress motor claims effectively and reduce complaints by providing focused, proactive support.
• You’ll be responsible for your own portfolio of claims, working from inception through to resolution, including negotiating settlements and ensuring compliance with NSW legislation.
• Benefits include a salary range of $85,000 – $110,000 inclusive of 12% super, performance-based incentives, employee discounts, study support, 20 weeks paid parental leave, and wellbeing and financial benefits.

Key Requirements

• Experience in CTP or personal injury claims
• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Insurance, or Allied Health (advantageous)
