Job Summary
Serve as the critical operational link between account managers, FAEs, distribution partners, and end customers in support of the Lead-to-Order Process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide proactive back-office support, and work directly with end customers on orders and inquiries.
Collaborate cross-functionally on contracts, pricing, and compliance, and prepare sales reports and pipeline updates for internal stakeholders.
