Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • HVAC, Controls, Electrical, or Plumbing experience
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting competency

Nice-to-have

  • Demonstrated experience with commercial HVAC systems
  • Previous experience in preventive maintenance programs
  • Emergency response situation experience
  • Strong communication skills for client service

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling Certification (Preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
