Job Summary

  • As the Manager, HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Regional Tier 2 HR Operations team.
  • By analyzing key metrics such as Time to Respond, Time to Resolve, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Case Volume, you will ensure quality service and operational performance.
  • Collaborating closely with the Associate Director, People Services, Project Management Team, other functional teams, and vendors, you will ensure HR Operations and payroll are implemented in new affiliates in accordance with applicable legislation, country specifics, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Bachelor Degree or similar background
  • Strong process, technical, change management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret metrics
  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies
  • Skilled with delivering excellent customer care
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills
  • Good listening skills and patience
  • High energy with ability to organize/prioritize workload
  • Holder of work permit & residency in Poland
