Must-have

  • 10+ years high-density PCB design experience
  • Multi-phase DC/DC converter system design
  • Power Integrity simulation using Cadence Sigrity or Ansys SIwave
  • High-current voltage regulator design (500A+)
  • PDN optimization and decoupling strategies
  • Component selection for efficiency and thermal performance

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on characterization of power rails
  • Understanding of DDR4/5 memory interfaces
  • Experience with PCIe Gen 5/6/7 and 112G/224G Ethernet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Can-do attitude with attention to detail

Key Requirements

  • BSEE/MSEE degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in high-density PCBs
