The position involves leading end-to-end handling of senior-level grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, whistleblowing, and contractual matters within the Global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
Candidates will contribute to improving ER ways of working by utilizing data, AI, and technology to strengthen insight, consistency, and decision-making.
