  • The position involves leading end-to-end handling of senior-level grievances, investigations, disciplinaries, whistleblowing, and contractual matters within the Global Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
  • Candidates will contribute to improving ER ways of working by utilizing data, AI, and technology to strengthen insight, consistency, and decision-making.
