  • DHHS Nebraska is seeking a dedicated health educator to enhance access to diabetes self-management, education, and support programs and improve the quality of care among healthcare providers to improve outcomes for Nebraskans with diabetes.
  • The coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing access to Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support (DSMES) programs and work closely with healthcare teams to improve their diabetes management practices.
