Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items that result in high quality of taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues.
  • Must be able to stand for entirety of your work shift and lift, bend, kneel, stoop, push a mop or broom, fill service items, stock drinks, lift cases, and be in high heat areas near the cooking equipment.
  • This is Local 23 union role and is scheduled based on your seniority in the union and availability to work in concessions stand on event days at Ball arena.
