Assist in administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, configuring and supporting modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Handle service requests, resolve basic platform issues, manage users, roles, and access controls, and work on workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide support, and deliver timely updates and status reports.
