Job Summary
This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00, with potential for bonus programs and robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, crawl in confined areas, and work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
