Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
1-2 years experience in audit or finance
Fluency in Kazakh, English, and Russian
Nice-to-have
ACCA or CFA candidacy or membership
Knowledge of IFRS standards
Proficiency in AI and GenAI tools
MBA or Master's degree advantage
Proactive business development attitude
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or Mathematics
1–2 years relevant experience in external audit, corporate finance, or transaction support
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Kazakh, English, and Russian
