Job Summary

  • This role will lead and manage a manufacturing engineering team and be responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across different engineering disciplines.
  • This role will be responsible for making critical decisions that have a large impact on projects and engineering initiatives and develop and foster engineers to think innovatively, hold accountability, and process improvement on a daily basis.
  • Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across teams; train, mentor, and engage engineers in lean thinking, including 5S and Kaizen practices.
