Job Summary
Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services to the client, developing a detailed understanding of their business.
Manage the delivery of facilities management services, including help desk, cleaning, vendor management, and engineering support, ensuring maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
Assist with property budget and forecast development, establish consistency in monthly reporting, and prepare local/regional management reports against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
