Job Summary

  • Act as the single point of contact for the delivery of facilities management services to the client, developing a detailed understanding of their business.
  • Manage the delivery of facilities management services, including help desk, cleaning, vendor management, and engineering support, ensuring maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
  • Assist with property budget and forecast development, establish consistency in monthly reporting, and prepare local/regional management reports against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
