  • This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and supporting the delivery of commercial outcomes across a large and complex organisation.
  • As part of the Sales Excellence team, you will work closely with Salesforce end users, sales teams, operational leaders and technical delivery teams to identify pain points, simplify processes, and enhance system capability.
