Job Summary

  • This role is a strategic growth position responsible for expanding Leidos’ cyber market share, penetrating new mission spaces, and shaping large, differentiated opportunities before formal procurement.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year CISA/DHS cyber growth strategy aligned to Homeland Sector priorities, identifying whitespace opportunities in zero trust, critical infrastructure protection, cyber operations, threat intelligence, AI-enabled cyber defense, and enterprise modernization.
  • Build and sustain relationships across CISA mission directorates, DHS CIO/CISO communities, and component cyber leads, elevating executive engagement where strategic leverage is required.
