Job Summary

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups and collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs, provide superior customer service to all patients, and perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more of experience as a phlebotomist
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from accredited agency (in lieu of experience)
