Job Summary

  • As an LPN on our Weekends team, you will deliver 1:1 skilled nursing care, work collaboratively with RN Case Managers, and provide complex clinical treatments.
  • We are offering a generous sign-on bonus of $2,500 to welcome you to our team, and this position is eligible for an annual $20,000 bonus paid out weekly.
