You will be the key point of contact for Planisware operational support, ensure high data quality across multiple platforms, and drive automation and AI-based improvements to enhance user experience.
Own and maintain the Planisware mailbox, acting as the first point of contact for user questions, issues, and requests, and ensure high user satisfaction through clear, timely, and professional communication.
Identify repeating data discrepancies and structural patterns impacting data quality, and design and implement mechanisms, controls, and automations to prevent recurring issues.
