The objective of the internship is to conduct an experimental test plan to characterize the fatigue resistance of different composite plies over a range of solicitations covering various operating points
Job Summary
The objective of the internship is to conduct an experimental test plan to characterize the fatigue resistance of different composite plies over a range of solicitations covering various operating points.
This will lead to the implementation of a fatigue characterization protocol for plies, which will be used by tire designers to aid their decision-making, and to the improvement of a prediction model for the service life of plies.
This is an excellent opportunity to concretely apply the know-how learned in school (beam theory, behavior laws, computer scripts for data processing) and discover the corporate research ecosystem.
Matching Summary
