Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
3+ years electrical engineering experience
Electronic control design and validation
Low voltage DC motor control electronics
Altium or Cadence CAD software competency
Design FMEA leadership experience
Prototype build and product validation

Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
