Hilltop Park Post Acute is seeking a Resident Care Manager (LPN/RN) to assist the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing the nursing department's daily operations in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, quality assurance, and patient care, along with the ability to develop care plans and maintain compliance with regulations

Job Summary

  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day to day functions of the nursing service department.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
  • Develop and maintain a good rapport with all services involved with the care plan to ensure that a team effort is achieved in developing the resident’s comprehensive care plan.
