The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their individual assessment and care plan.
Employees must strictly adhere to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized access attempts.
The role requires frequent physical activity including lifting up to 25 pounds, assisting with resident transfers, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Administer routine daily nursing care
Record vital signs and intake/output
Assist with bathing and dressing residents
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere
Strong communication with nursing team
Ability to work flexible shifts
Experience with restorative procedures
Proficiency in electronic charting systems
Key Requirements
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Minimum 10th grade education required
Valid CPR certification preferred
