Job Summary

  • Manage the completion of RFP submissions, undertaking pre-sales research and leading scoping exercises with stakeholders.
  • Develop baseline RFP responses, edit and rewrite content, and oversee the development of bid presentations in coordination with business stakeholders and the graphic design team.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards, meet SLA metrics, and proactively implement process improvements to ensure higher productivity and increased efficiency levels.
