Salary
Base: $75,000 - $125,000+; Bonus/Equity: Commission eligible with no cap; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, 401(k) match, mental health coverage, paid parental leave

Outside sales experience in Multifamily or Hospitality
Strong consultative selling skills
Data-driven sales and CRM usage
Relationship building with Property Managers and Maintenance teams
Field-based customer engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years outside sales experience in Multifamily or Hospitality
Experience with MRO, distribution, or vendor space
Proven success with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors
Ability to use data, analytics, and CRM tools
Comfortable working independently in field-based role
