Job Summary

• The Ares Secondaries team specializes in secondary market transactions of private equity, real estate, credit, and infrastructure investments with AUM of approximately $42 billion as of December 31, 2025.
• The AVP will engage with key team members, including PE Secondaries Deal Team, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, and Investor Relations.

Base: $160,000 - $180,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary performance-based bonus; Benefits: robust Benefits offerings

• 7+ years of related financial experience
• 2+ years of Private Fund or Secondaries firm experience
• B.S. degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
