Job Summary
Responsible for safely producing products to meet customer expectations and engaging with a matrix organization to effectively schedule production, improving quality and productivity.
Partner with Quality team to improve Right First-Time performance and forecast production to improve throughput.
Serve as a resource for area supervisors, helping to develop consistent management practices and serving as a backup to the area Operations Manager when needed.
