  • Manages Commercial Print sales, service, and distribution within the Midwest States Region through assigned sales representatives and sales office activities to ensure maximum sales volume and profitability.
  • Carries out management responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
