Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $168,000 USD - $252,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $252,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have

  • Product vision and strategy for Contract Intelligence & Analytics
  • Develop and launch generative AI products
  • Proficiency with LLMs and generative models
  • Market research in legal tech landscape
  • Collaborate with data science and domain experts

Nice-to-have

  • Former startup founder experience
  • Domain knowledge in law or contract management
  • Technical background for engaging on technical decisions

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management (SAAS industry preferred)
  • 8+ years of domain expertise in generative AI
  • 8+ years of experience building and launching generative AI products
  • Experience defining and tracking key metrics for generative AI products
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge in law, contract management, management consulting, or a degree in law is a bonus
