  • Serve as site owner for UKG, Attendance/Discipline, and FMLA administration systems across an 800+ employee union workforce and partner with operations and HR leadership during union negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 5–10+ years progressive HR experience
  • Manufacturing and/or unionized environments experience
  • Labor relations leadership experience preferred
  • Advanced analytical capability
  • Strong working knowledge of federal leave law
  • Experience supporting benefits administration
  • HR certification preferred (SHRM‑CP or PHR)
  • Availability to support a 24/7 workforce
