Escondido Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants in accordance with regulatory standards. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
  • Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan and assessment.
  • The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
