Job Summary

  • The Value Creation team focuses on identifying value in the context of transactions for buy- or sell- side clients.
  • Support buy- or sell-side private equity or corporate clients and uncover EBITDA improvement opportunities within the transaction perimeter or stemming from contemplated downstream integration.
  • Present a substantiated and visually compelling analysis to leading Private Equity Investors or middle-market Company Executives within Quality of Earnings reports or as separate deliverables unrelated to financial diligence.
