Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 1 year of professional/intern experience as a process/manufacturing engineer, project engineer, or reliability engineer
  • B.S. Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with automated, high throughput processes
  • Experience with high speed automated case packing/palletizing processes
  • Demonstrated use of skills and knowledge of equipment, systems, materials, processes, and procedures to solve manufacturing problems
  • Experience with statistical analysis of process data and establishing process control standards
