Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Supervise critical power systems maintenance
Manage MV and LV switching procedures
Troubleshoot UPS generators and switchgear
Develop electrical SOPs and MOPs
Ensure 100% uptime for data centre
Nice-to-have
Strong coaching and team leadership skills
Experience with PLC and BMS integration
Ability to work 24/7 emergency shifts
Effective communication with external vendors
Quick learner for new training programs
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
3 years direct industry experience or 5-8 years technician level
Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) preferred
Supervisory experience in critical environments
Experience with Data Centre or Power Plant sectors
