Must-have

  • Reliability Centred Maintenance RCM analysis
  • Failure investigation root cause analysis
  • Statistical analysis for system reliability
  • Maintenance Requirements Determination MRD
  • RAM metrics performance benchmarking

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with ship systems preferred
  • Knowledge of DEF(AUST) 5691 and 5692
  • Familiarity with MIL-STDs for RCM
  • Experience using DOORS software
  • Background in Department of Defence design delivery

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Defence or related technical industry
  • Active Baseline Defence Security Clearance required
  • Proficiency in reliability software such as OPUS, MADe, or eLESPro
  • Training in LSA or MRD or equivalent vocational training
