The successful candidate will lead a team of Systems Engineers in building a culture of proactive analysis rather than reactive ticket resolution.
Key responsibilities include establishing a data-driven methodology using AI tools, Power BI, and Citrix Director to drive measurable improvements in customer experience.

Must-have
5+ years people management experience
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops expertise
Windows Server administration and GPO troubleshooting
Data analysis with Power BI and Logic Monitor
Experience managing teams across multiple customers
