Job Summary
Support scholar development and student engagement by building strong partnerships with universities, industry, and mentors, and by designing and delivering meaningful and memorable Student Life Academy (SLA) experiences.
Provide life coaching and guidance to CCA members to support their holistic development, leadership growth, and engagement beyond the classroom.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to analyse student life and scholarship data, track KPIs, gather feedback, and support evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

Experience in coaching, mentoring, or similar student development roles
Proven experience in planning and executing programmes or events
Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Power BI
