Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing, or related field
High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience
Level 1 Med Aid (LIMA) and Insulin Certification within 90 days of hire
Knowledge of confidentiality laws
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
Experience in curriculum development and group facilitation
