Job Summary
Lead one of Contentful’s highly leveraged platform teams, the Workflows team, which owns the Orchestration Platform for approvals, tasks, triggers, and automation.
Build and support high-performing, globally distributed teams, partner closely with Product and Design, and enable platform adoption across teams.
Strengthen operational practices, coach and develop engineers, and collaborate with AI Enablement teams to integrate AI-powered capabilities into workflows.
