The Emergency Management Specialist plays a key role in strengthening emergency preparedness and business continuity within Halton Region’s long term care homes and the broader Services for Seniors division.

Key Requirements
Post-secondary education in emergency or business continuity management
Minimum three years experience in business continuity
Knowledge of Long-Term Care operations
Certification as Business Continuity Professional or Community Emergency Management Coordinator (asset)
Certification from Emergency Management Ontario (asset)
