Job Summary

  • The purpose of this position is to lead in the development and sustenance of a culture of planning, research, accountability under Program Accountability Framework components and knowledge management for evidence-based programming within the program areas.
  • Support growth of effective systems for reflection and learning to enhance knowledge and expertise of staff in the organization.
  • The officer will support Accountability initiatives from WV Karen office with regular field visits for technical backstopping to project teams in Wajir and Turkana Counties.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related discipline
  • Experience in designing and implementing Accountability systems
  • Experience in conducting field monitoring, evaluations, assessments, and surveys
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with digital data collection tools
