Base: $175,000 – $250,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Competitive annual bonus opportunity; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, real estate, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate and/or healthcare finance, investment banking, development, or acquisitions
  • At least 3 years in a business development–focused role
  • Must be located in Chicago, IL or New York, NY surrounding area or willing to relocate
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60%
