Job Summary
This position is responsible for collaborating and consulting with leadership across the organization to establish, measure, and implement process performance and improvements that align with the organizations vision and strategies.
Manage and lead small continuous process improvement engagements, perform research, conduct interviews, strategically analyze findings, identify solution options, present recommendations to leadership, and implement process change.
