Monitor service performance, define key metrics, and ensure data products meet agreed quality and availability standards.
Identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and service improvements that benefit our global patients and customers.

Key Requirements
Solid background in data engineering, integration, data warehousing, or business analytics
Experience with Spark/Scala, Informatica/IICS/Dbt, and cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data structures and algorithms, scripting languages (Python, Shell)
Experience with Snowflake and Informatica Cloud
Familiarity with job orchestration tools like Airflow is a plus
Understanding of ITIL practices and service level management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
