The role requires comprehensive responsibilities including medication administration, detailed charting, care plan development, and ensuring all personnel comply with facility policies and safety standards.
Candidates must possess an active LPN/LVN license and demonstrate the ability to lead staff, manage emergencies, and maintain a calm, positive environment for residents and families.
