This role requires overseeing all aspects of technology including network administration, cybersecurity, and technical services for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.
The successful candidate must ensure compliance with NBA, City of Oklahoma City, and PCI security expectations while managing subordinate managers and supervisors.
Responsibilities include strategic planning, procurement of materials, and acting as a decision maker for the Operations Department in the absence of the Senior Director.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years IT management in live event venue
Advanced knowledge of Windows core infrastructure
Cisco or Ruckus routing switching wireless expertise
PCI compliance and cybersecurity protocol implementation
Experience with NBA or professional sports venues
Nice-to-have
Multi-site IT operations environment experience
Strategic planning for process improvements
Ability to work irregular hours including nights
Physical ability to climb lifts and catwalks
Strong relationship building with city officials
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Valid driver's license required
3-5 years progressive IT management in live event setting
