The Sr. Manager, CMMS Administration & Data Governance is responsible for enterprise level governance, data integrity, and compliance oversight of the client’s CMMS platform, REALM and associated integrated systems.
This role serves as the single accountable owner for CMMS data governance, system standards, and control frameworks, ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant asset, work order, and maintenance data.
The position functions as a centralized governance, enablement, and control role, partnering closely with operations, engineering, technology, and compliance stakeholders to enforce disciplined CMMS governance and data quality practices.
