Job Summary

  • Monitor the health of in-service airplanes in real time using Airplane Health Management (AHM) and other tools, looking for opportunities to proactively reach out to operators with recommendations to mitigate schedule interruptions.
  • Analyze EICAS, CMC, maintenance page snapshot and ACMS data transmitted via ACARS to develop recommended maintenance actions and evaluate possible deferral per Minimum Equipment List (MEL).
  • The successful candidate must be willing to work 12-hour days during an 80 hour pay period, non-standard rotating work schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
  • 3+ years experience with 787 maintenance data
  • 2+ years experience using Airplane Health Management (AHM)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of 787 airplane systems issues
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
