Job Summary

• The Provider Enterprise Senior Project Manager supports the clinical and operational excellence strategic pillar program design and project implementation, executing operational plans to ensure milestones, deliverables, and KPIs are achieved.
• This role requires day-to-day oversight of project team personnel and communication with key stakeholders, including SCHS departments, Information Technology, Leadership, regional partners, medical staff, consultants, and vendors.
• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing project plans, deliverables, dependencies, budget, and risks, while ensuring successful project execution and formal transition to operations.
